Spring, the most pleasant season of the year, has arrived. Speaking of spring, many vegetables, fish, and other foods are in season. Suddenly, do you know when "sakura shrimps" are in season?
There are two seasons for sakura shrimps. One is spring (mid-March to early June) and the other is fall (late October to late December). During the other seasons, sakura shrimps cannot be caught because fishing is prohibited. In-season sakura shrimps are exquisite! We also offer spring banquet courses featuring seasonal sakura shrimps.

Seasonal Taste Course 4,860 yen per person (tax included)
This popular course includes 10 dishes and 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. The course uses seasonal ingredients, so the menu changes with the seasons. Currently, the spring banquet course is being enjoyed by our guests.
In this course, please enjoy "Hatsu Gatsuo no Baraz Chirashi Sushi" using "Hatsu Gatsuo" which is in season in spring. We also hope you will enjoy the "Asari and Rape Flower with Spicy Dressing" using rape blossoms, which represent spring.
