Fried food menu perfect for accompanying drinks | Rakuzo Osaki Center Building

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Osaki Center Building Store.

What do you imagine when you think of snacks for drinking? Some people may think of meat, fish, edamame (green soybeans), or other small items, but among these, "fried food" is a standard and very popular choice.

Our restaurant offers a variety of fried food menus filled with our chef's specialties. Please be sure to order these when you visit our restaurant.

Battered "Tatsuta-age

This is "Wakadori no Tatsuta-age (deep-fried young chicken). Tatsuta-age" is a dish named after the Tatsuta River in Nara Prefecture. It is said that the name comes from the way the chicken is battered and deep-fried, which looks like cherry blossoms and waves floating on the Tatsuta River. Thus, the difference between "Tatsuta-age" and "Karaage" is that "Tatsuta-age" is battered and deep-fried. Since it is battered with mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) and soy sauce, it is delicious as it is, or you can add an accent to the taste by squeezing lemon juice on it if you like.

I made croquettes with monja.

This is "Special Monja Croquette. It is an arrangement of the famous Tokyo specialty monjayaki, which is used as the base for croquettes. One bite of the croquette will fill your mouth with the flavor of monja. This dish is recommended to be paired with beer or a highball. Please be careful not to get burned by the heat.
