Many people probably look forward to sashimi at izakaya (Japanese-style pubs). Delicious sashimi enhances the taste of sake. In particular, sashimi that is in season is especially delicious. Some people may be tempted to order "seasonal" sashimi because it sounds so good.
We purchase seasonal fish through our own channels for your enjoyment. In this issue, we would like to introduce our sashimi menu.
This is the "Sashimi of Nagasaki Sea Mackerel", a sashimi only available in autumn. This sashimi is made from the fatty mackerel off the coast of Nagasaki, which is in season at this time of year. Please enjoy the thick meat and the mackerel's natural flavor.
This is "Today's Sashimi". The sashimi of the day is prepared using the fish that came in that day, and the contents vary depending on the day. You can feel the seasonality of the fish on the menu, and by ordering this dish, you can learn about the fish that are in season at that time. Please feel free to ask our staff what kind of sashimi is available.
