Fried food menu that complements the taste of sake | All private rooms Rakuzo - RAKUZO - Osaki Center Building

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Osaki Center Building.

When drinking alcohol, many people tend to order fried food. Fried foods and alcohol go hand in hand. The delicious deep-fried food is full of such charm.

We, of course, also offer a variety of delicious fried food items on our menu. Many of our customers order them because they are not only delicious but also enhance the taste of sake. We would like to introduce two of our most popular items.

Please try our "Tatsuta-age"!

This is "Wakadori no Tatsuta-age (deep-fried young chicken). Tatsuta-age" is a dish named after the Tatsuta River in Nara Prefecture, and differs from karaage in that it is seasoned, battered, and deep-fried. It is seasoned with mirin (sweet cooking sake) and soy sauce, which means that it can be enjoyed as is. Squeeze some lemon juice on top and enjoy.

I'm glad to see the chewy texture.

This "Deep-fried hokuhoku yam" is a simple deep-fried yam dish. This menu item is prepared using a simple cooking method that brings out the full flavor of the ingredients. It is popular because its simple flavor enhances the taste of sake. If you like, you can squeeze lemon to add a sour taste and accentuate the flavor.

Rakuzo Osaki Center Building is a Japanese dining room with private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.

We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. We hope you will enjoy our specialties.

We look forward to serving you all.
