Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Osaki Center Building.
As we approach the latter half of November, it is time to enjoy warm drinks such as hot sake and shochu with hot water. I am sure many of you are looking forward to such drinks as well.
And what better way to accompany good sake than with good food? We offer a variety of dishes that go well with sake, and among them, the most popular items ordered with sake and shochu are seared seafood dishes. We would like to introduce two of them to you this time.
This is the "Surume squid seared with sweet and spicy sauce". It is a dish of squid made sweet and spicy. In addition to the crunchiness of the sliced round squid, the sweet and spicy seasoning can be thoroughly enjoyed. The sweet and spicy flavor goes well with sake, and the taste can be further accentuated by squeezing lemon or dipping it in mayonnaise. Please enjoy it with everyone.
This is "Aburi-Seared Vinegared Mackerel". The surface of the vinegared mackerel is seared just before serving to give it a unique aroma. The appetizing aroma has been well received by many customers. We hope that everyone will enjoy this season's "autumn mackerel", which is sure to be a great accompaniment to sake.
Rakuzo Osaki Center Building is a Japanese dining room with private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. We hope you will enjoy our specialties.
We look forward to serving you all.
