Our restaurant focuses on "seared" dishes. Our restaurant boasts a variety of dishes that are made delicious by "aburi" and are very popular in our restaurant. Seafood is one of the most popular items on our menu. Please enjoy our chef's specialties cooked with exquisite heat and grilling time.
This is "Aburi-Seared Vinegared Mackerel". The surface of the vinegared mackerel is seared just before serving, giving it a unique aroma. One bite of this dish will bring a smile to your face as the concentrated flavor of the vinegared mackerel spreads in your mouth. It is one of our popular menu items that goes very well with sake and shochu.
This is "hokke dried overnight. Hokke caught in the northern sea are dried overnight and seared to bring out their flavor. The hokke can be easily loosened by inserting chopsticks, making it easy to eat. Enjoy every bit of its deliciousness. It is a perfect accompaniment to sake or shochu.
