Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Osaki Center Building.
Our restaurant is characterized by "aburi". Seared is a technique that brings out the best flavor of the ingredients, and we have skilled chefs who use their skills to provide a menu that will please our customers.
In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our seafood dishes from our seared menu.
This is "hokke dried overnight. Hokke caught in the northern sea are dried overnight and seared to bring out the flavor of the meat. The easy-to-eat, fatty hokke is a perfect accompaniment to sake. Enjoy it with lemon or grated daikon to taste.
This is "Surume squid seared with sweet and spicy sauce". The squid is slowly seared and cut into round slices for easy eating. The sweet and spicy flavor goes well with sake. Squeeze lemon or dip it in mayonnaise to accentuate the flavor and make it even more delicious. We hope you enjoy it with your favorite sake or shochu.
