Our recommended Honjozo are Ichinokura and Hakkaisan.

Ichinokura" is a Japanese sake from Miyagi Prefecture. It has a clear aroma and a smooth, elegant mouthfeel with a refreshing thirst. It is easy to drink and has no peculiarities.

Hakkaisan" is a Japanese sake from Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture. It has a full, round, soft flavor that complements dishes. It is an easy-drinking sake with a refreshing aftertaste. Please enjoy it with our signature creative dishes.

Relaxing private room seating where you can relax and unwind.

Our restaurant offers completely private rooms. Private rooms with a relaxed atmosphere are available for 2 persons or more. The kotatsu (sunken floor) seats, where you can take off your shoes and relax, are very popular.

During this hectic year-end season, please take your time to enjoy seasonal dishes and sake in a private room. Seats with a night view are also available. Please inquire at the time of reservation.
