Our "Unaju" is a popular lunch menu item.
Chicken is the standard Christmas dish in Japan, but in Italy, the standard Christmas dish is eel. It is said that dishes made with eels are on the Christmas table. This is because eels are in season during this cold season!

How about delicious eel for Christmas lunch? Our "Unaju" comes with steamed egg custard, soup and pickles.
