Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Osaki Center Building.
November is here, and the chilly weather is starting to set in. This is the time of year when you want to enjoy delicious food with friends. The perfect gourmet food to enjoy at this time of the year is a hot nabe dish. There is nothing better than sitting around the same pot and enjoying a hot pot of food while chatting with your friends. At our restaurant, we offer "motsu nabe," a hot pot dish with an attractive plump texture. It warms you up from the inside out and will surely make your drinks go down a treat!
There are many types of nabe dishes, but "motsunabe," which mainly consists of plump and chewy mots, is popular among both men and women. Motsu nabe is a specialty of Hakata, Kyushu, and the flavor of the soup varies from restaurant to restaurant. At our restaurant, we offer our original soup based on a mildly sweet white miso paste. The soup is rich in flavor, yet not cloying, so you can enjoy every last drop.
During this cold season, you may miss spicy hot pot with just the right amount of heat to warm you up even more. For those who like spicy food, we offer the "Spicy Hot Pot" topped with homemade spicy Taiwanese minced meat.Beef Motsu Nabe Taiwan CourseAlso available. The soup has a punch of garlic and an addictive taste.
After the hot pot, please enjoy the soup, which is full of the flavor from the motsu and vegetables, to finish off the meal.
