It is getting colder and colder toward the end of the year. It is during this time of year that we crave "nabe" (one-pot dish). A warm nabe dish served over a hot pot will surely warm up your body and soul!
Today, we would like to introduce our "motsunabe" menu.

The first dish we will introduce is the "Shiromotsu-nabe," a light yet rich dish made with white hot water.
The beef is contained in abundant quantities. Did you know? Among all nabe (hot pot) dishes, beef and beef balls are very popular.
