The fat is our pride! Today's grilled kama (fish cakes)

Kama," as it is known in grilled tuna, is the part of the tuna that is adjacent to the fatty part of the tuna, or "otoro. Therefore, it is characterized by its richly marbled fat, just like the big fatty tuna. We offer the freshest fish of the day as "Today's Kama-yaki" for 759 yen (tax included). Please enjoy the rich, fatty flavor of the fish.

For beer lovers, here's the seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce.

It is baked with a generous amount of sweet and spicy sauce that reminds one of a festival stall. Because the squid is fresh, you can enjoy the softness and elasticity of this dish. Please enjoy it with mayonnaise if you like. It goes well with beer. 803 yen (tax included).
