In this early summer season, some of you may enjoy making ume (plum) wine or fruit wine. Watching the gradual change in color every day is a very exciting experience. At Rakura, we have prepared a variety of carefully selected drinks. Please enjoy the beautifully colored cocktails and richly flavored fruit wine.

The colorful red, pink, orange, and yellow cocktails are lovely to look at and add color to the table. Recommended for a toast at a girls' party.

The classic "Kishu Umeshu" and the richly sweet "Honey Umeshu" are perfect accompaniments to a meal. Onshu Mikan Sake" with the flavor of mandarin oranges and "Apple Sake" with its refreshing sweetness are also excellent. The slightly unusual "Shizuoka Shiroichigo no Sake" is especially popular among women.
