Our chef selects ingredients with an emphasis on the season. We are proud of our seared dishes, but we also offer dishes that pursue the deliciousness of the season.
The "Seared Handmade Satsuma-age" with its fluffy texture is a perfect accompaniment to sake. The "Dried hokke (hokke) overnight," which allows you to enjoy the taste of its flaky meat, and the "Seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce," which allows you to enjoy the unique sweetness of squid, are also popular items.
Our seared dishes are characterized by their unique savory flavor. The "Oyama Dori Chicken Trotter with Salted Wasabi", which is our signature Oyama Dori grilled on a large skewer, is popular for its irresistible flavor. The fluffy meat and the juices that overflow into your mouth make it a great dish that goes well with beer.
We also offer the "Seared Herb Sausage" and the "Seared Selected Pork Shoulder Roast with Ponzu sauce and grated onion". Both of these dishes are hearty and excellent.
