Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Osaki Center Building.

 

We have a variety of popular items on our menu, but one of our most popular items is the "Domestic Chicken Yakitori". This dish, which boasts the delicious taste that only domestic chicken can provide, is so popular that we even offer it as a take-out menu item.

 

Today, we would like to introduce our menu of grilled domestic chicken skewers. We offer a wide variety of chicken parts, so you are sure to find something to your liking!

 

 

Domestic "Daisen Dori" is used. What is the secret of its delicious taste?

Let us start with the brand-name chickens used for the skewers.

 

The brand name chicken we use is "Daisen Dori" and is raised in Tottori Prefecture. Daisen Dori are raised for 58 to 60 days, which is longer than most chickens are raised in Japan, using special feed and clean water from the San'in region. This makes the meat juicy, resilient, and fatty.
