The most classic of all closing dishes　Various kinds of Ochazuke

Ochazuke is one of the most popular dishes at our restaurant, and is the most popular way to end a drinking party. Many people may have decided that ochazuke is always the dish to finish off a party. Ochazuke is a perfect way to end a meal. We offer two basic types of ochazuke: the basic "ume" and the basic "salmon".

We recommend choosing ume (plum) when you want a refreshing taste, and salmon when you want to enjoy a slightly richer flavor until the final dish. Take a breather with chazuke, which is served with a generous amount of hot tea, for 539 yen (tax included).

Slowly over time, the rice balls are grilled until golden brown.

The special soy sauce-based sauce is applied over and over again, taking care not to damage the rice, and the rice is grilled until the surface is golden brown. When you put it in your mouth, you will smell the aroma of the sauce. Please enjoy the texture of the browned surface.
