The "Seared Duck Seri Nabe" is a limited-time-only seasonal recommendation. The main ingredients are duck meat with a rich flavor and seseri (Japanese parsley), which is in season. The surface of the duck meat is quickly seared to enhance its aroma. Seri is prepared with roots so that you can fully enjoy its fresh aroma and texture.
