Many of you may have decided to finish off a drinking party with ochazuke. Ochazuke, which is easy to eat and gentle on the stomach, is the perfect dish to end a party when you want to fill up your stomach in moderation. We offer two types of ochazuke: the basic "ume" and "salmon.
