職人が絶妙な火加減で炙った「焼き・炙りの逸品」ジャンルは、当店の目玉料理のひとつです。なかでも「エイヒレの炙り焼き」は、焼酎によく合うと評判の逸品となっています。エイヒレが醸しだす旨味をじっくり味わってください。

酒の肴の定番「ホッケの一夜干し」にもこだわりました。ホクホクの食感と絶妙な塩気をお楽しみいただけます。また、その日一番の素材を使った「本日のカマ焼き」も、ぜひご賞味いただきたい逸品です。
