当店名物大山どりをご自宅で！

自然豊かな大山で育てられた大山どりは、ジューシーな脂とプリプリの肉質が特徴の食材です。当店では職人が1本1本丁寧に串打ちして、絶妙な火加減で炙り、串焼きとしてご提供しております。

この大山どりの串焼きをご自宅でも味わっていただけるよう、テイクアウトメニューにしました。もちっとした味わいと軟骨のコリコリ食感がたまらない「軟骨入りつくね串」と、たれと塩から選べる「串焼き盛り合わせ」がございます。

 

夜食にオススメ！

お休みの日は、ついつい夜更かししてしまうものです。小腹がすいたときには、当店テイクアウトメニューが待っています。
