Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Osaki Center Building.

 

Authentic seared dishes are the pride of Rakuraku. Please enjoy the maximum flavor brought out by the quick searing of carefully selected ingredients. We offer two types of cuisine: meat and seafood. Please enjoy the searing techniques of our chefs with your own taste buds.

 

Chicken, pork and beef! Taste the deliciousness of each!


In the "grilled and seared meat" section, you can enjoy chicken, pork, and beef dishes such as "Daisen-dori chicken tenderloin grilled on a large skewer with wasabi" with its melt-in-your-mouth fat, "Selected pork shoulder seared in ponzu sauce with grated onion and apple sauce," which is a perfect match with the elegant sauce, and "Special beef steak with grated onion and apple sauce. ~You can enjoy chicken, pork, and beef dishes such as the "Special beef meat steak with grated onion and apple sauce" that goes well with the refined sauce.

Each is a masterpiece created by a craftsman who knows the best way to sear each ingredient. Please enjoy them with beer or a highball.

 

Seafood seared to be enjoyed with alcoholic beverages

A wide variety of delicacies are available in the "grilled/seared seafood" category. Enjoy the "Today's Kama-yaki" made with the best ingredients of the day, the "Dried Hokke (hokke) overnight," which has an irresistible, flaky texture and exquisite saltiness, or the "Seared Squid with Sweet and Spicy Taste," whose sweet and spicy flavor will make your appetite grow insatiable.
