The charm of shochu! Our restaurant pursues various ways to enjoy shochu.

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Osaki Center Building.

 

本日3月5日は二十四節気のひとつ「啓蟄」です。寒いあいだ冬眠していた虫が土から出てくるという意味で、春の訪れを表します。この季節に焼酎が恋しくなるという方も多いのではないでしょうか。豊かな味わいを誇る焼酎をときにじっくり、ときにサッパリ味わえるよう楽蔵では工夫を凝らしました。

 

グラスでいただく焼酎の美味しさ

当店では焼酎を透明なグラスでご提供しております。まずは、芋や麦など素材の醸し出す色合いをお楽しみください。乾杯の1杯としてオススメしたいのは芋焼酎ならではの旨味を体感いただける「金黒」です。

メイン料理のお供には麦ならではのコクを感じられる「一番札」や、スッキリした米焼酎「よろしく千萬あるべし」はいかがですか。黒糖や蕎麦の風味を感じられる焼酎もご用意しております。

 

焼酎の旨味×爽やかなソーダ

シュワシュワと泡が立つ爽快感あふれるソーダと焼酎をあわせた「焼酎ソーダ」は、年代性別を問わず人気のドリンクです。

芋焼酎「だいやめ」を使用した「まるでライチな芋ソーダ」や、香ばしい蕎麦の香りを味わえる「玄庵」を使った「中おかわり」など自慢の7種をご堪能ください。ソーダとあわせることでまったく異なる味わいをご体感いただけます。
