The charm of shochu! Our restaurant pursues various ways to enjoy shochu.

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Osaki Center Building.

Today, March 5, is "Keihoketsu," one of the 24 solar terms. It means that insects that have been hibernating in the cold come out of the ground, signaling the arrival of spring. Many people probably miss shochu during this season. At Rakuzo, we have devised a way for you to enjoy the rich flavor of shochu, sometimes slowly and sometimes refreshingly.

The taste of shochu served in a glass

We serve shochu in transparent glasses. First, please enjoy the color of the ingredients such as sweetpotato and barley. We recommend "Kin Kuro" as a toast to experience the unique flavor of potato shochu.

How about "Ichibanfuda," a rich barley shochu, or "Yoroshiku Senman Arubeshi," a refreshing rice shochu, to accompany your main dish? We also offer shochu with the flavors of brown sugar and buckwheat.

Shochu flavor x Refreshing soda

Shochu soda, a combination of shochu and soda with a refreshing, bubbly taste, is a popular drink for all ages and genders.

Please enjoy our seven signature sodas, including "Lychee-like Imo Soda" made with sweet potato shochu "Daiyame" and "Naka Okawari" made with "Genan", a buckwheat noodle with a savory aroma. You will experience a completely different taste when combined with the soda.
