Dashi-scented dashi maki tamago (rolled egg) 600 yen (tax included)

These dashimaki tamago are very popular in the restaurant. The takeout menu is limited from October to April.

The dashi broth is rich, fluffy, and baked to moist perfection.

The broth that seeps out when you put your chopsticks into the soup has a gentle flavor but a strong umami taste. This is our signature dish. We hope you will try it.

Oyama chicken, with its moderate meat quality and rich flavor, is one of the best brand-name chicken for skewers. At our restaurant, each piece is carefully grilled to bring out the best flavor of each part.
