店内飲食でも大変好評いただいているこちらの出汁巻玉子。テイクアウトでは10月～4月までの限定メニューとなっております。

こだわりの出汁をたっぷりと使い、ふんわりと、そして、しっとり焼き上げました。

程よい肉質と濃厚な旨味が特徴の大山どりは、串焼きにぴったりの銘柄鶏のひとつ。当店では一本ずつ丁寧に焼き上げ、それぞれの部位の美味しさを引き出しております。
