How about an unusual menu? | Rakuzo Sendai Aobadori

創作料理と聞くとどんな料理なんだろう？と疑問を抱いてしまうかもしれませんが、そのお店オリジナルのメニューを食すことができたり、シェフや板前の工夫を垣間見ることができたりと、興味深い料理なのです。本格和食を楽しめる当店ですが、創作料理もご堪能いただけます。見た目にも興味をそそるものもありますが、味はどれも逸品です！

【一本葱の豚巻き炙り】


 

長く細長いネギに豚が隙間が見えないほどにきっちり巻かれたこのメニューは、知らずに見ると驚いてしまうインパクトある見た目です。蛇のようにも見えなくないこの一品は、ネギの甘さを炙ることで引き出し、また豚の美味しい油をネギに吸収させて、より深みのある味わいへと変化させています。焼き物なので、まずはビールのアテにいかがでしょう？きっとビールをより美味しくしてくれるスパイスとなることでしょう。

 

【アボカドのカルパッチョ ひじきチーズドレッシング】

カルパッチョと聞くと、サーモンやヒラメなどを思い浮かべますが、アボカドを刺身のように食せるメニューです。森のバターと称されるほどの濃厚な味わいとまったりとした口当たりは、トロにも負けない美味しさです。それを塩気のあるひじきとチーズという意外な組み合わせが、今までにない風味を醸しています。さっぱりと食べられるので、どんなお酒にも合いますよ！
