外食だと栄養が偏りがちになると言いますが、お肉やお魚、野菜、揚げ物、デザートなどとカテゴリごとにメニューがはっきりと区別してある居酒屋では、サラダメニューを注文すれば栄養のバランスは整えやすいです。
ただ、お酒がすすむとついついサラダは後回しになってしまいがちです。そこで当店では、お酒のおつまみとしてもおすすめできるサラダをご用意いたしました。
 

定番メニューにひと工夫　ベーコンチーズの炙りポテトサラダ

サラダメニューの定番であるポテトサラダに炙ったベーコンとチーズを加えて混ぜこんだ一品です。ベーコンの香ばしいにおいと、クリーミーなチーズがポテトに溶け込むことで単品のお料理としても完成度が高くなったと自信を持っております。
もちろんお酒との相性も抜群によいですよ。
 

ワインと合わせて　温玉シーザーサラダ

シャキシャキっとした新鮮な野菜にベーコンとサクサクのクルトン、温泉玉子をトッピングしました。とろとろの温泉玉子を崩して召し上がってください。粉チーズがかかったシーザーサラダは、ワインと合わせるのがおすすめです。
