The hectic time of year has arrived. Many of you are busy finishing up work, cleaning up, and preparing for the New Year. Today, December 29, is "Chanson Day. Why don't you free yourself from your busy schedule for a moment and let the music heal you? Rakura is particular about the kinds of drinks we serve. Please enjoy a soothing drink suitable for the year-end and New Year holidays.
 

The end of the year is a time to enjoy Japanese sake.

We also take great care to create an atmosphere in which to enjoy our sake. We serve sake by the glass or bottle, as well as in tokkuri (sake cup) form. Please take your time to reflect on the past year as you sip sake from our sake cups.
We offer a variety of drinks that go well with meals, such as "Ichinokura," with its elegant and smooth taste, and "Hakkaizan," with its rounded and full flavor.

Our signature seared mountain and sea delicacies go well with wine. Rodale Cabernet Sauvignon, with its rich aroma of black and red berries, is a gorgeous red wine. Please use it for your New Year's party.
Mureda Organic Chardonnay is a crisp, tight white wine with tropical fruit flavors and a lingering finish. We hope you enjoy it as an accompaniment to seared dishes.
