Specialty seared menu using brand-name jidori chicken

We have prepared grilled skewers using Daisen-dori, a brand-name local chicken from Tottori Prefecture. Various parts of the chicken such as momo, kawa, negima, gizzard, hatsu, bonjiri, and seseri are available as individual items.

We also recommend the platter when you want to enjoy various parts of the dish or when you want to share.

A variety of hearty seared dishes

We have also prepared a variety of seared meat dishes, which are prepared by our artisans. The rare Daisen chicken tenderloin is grilled with salt on a large skewer and served with wasabi as an accent.

A respectful dish that goes well with beer! Herb sausage seared, selected pork shoulder roast seared with oni grated ponzu to enjoy with coarsely grated ponzu for a refreshing taste, and a special beef steak made from a rare part of beef with a special grated onion and apple sauce.
