Hello, I am the PR manager for RAKUZO Sendai Aobadori.

 

We value the seasonal flavors of spring, summer, fall, and winter, so we create a special menu for each season. Please take note of our "Winter Recommendations" genre. We have prepared a selection of excellent dishes that we hope you will enjoy now more than ever.

 

Duck is in season in winter!

The first dish in the "Winter Recommendation" category is Rakurakuzo's Aburi-Duck Nabe, which will warm you up. Experience the unique texture and rich flavor of duck. It is the most delicious food in this season.

The vegetables soaked in the broth from the duck are a must, as well as the finishing dish using the rest of the broth. We offer a Zosui (rice porridge) set and a Hantama Udon (noodles with half an egg) set. Please enjoy the gentle flavor and warm your body and soul.

 

A perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages!

The "Winter Recommendation" menu features a variety of excellent dishes that go perfectly with alcoholic beverages. How about "YAMITSUKI Gobo Tempura with Chili Pepper Salt" to accompany your beer? The fried burdock root is crispy and crunchy. The spicy taste of the hot chili pepper salt also adds to the dish, making it a mysteriously appealing item that will keep your taste buds coming back for more.
