焼物には「大山どりの軟骨つくねとだし香るこだわり出汁巻玉子」、揚物には「チキン南蛮 たっぷり玉子タルタル」をご用意。鶏のうまみをしっかり味わえる逸品をご賞味ください。
さらに、「蒸し鶏と半熟玉子のサラダ　特製ごまだれ」や「大山どりと鮭いくらのきのこご飯」などをご用意しています。
