Here we would like to introduce "Today's Kama-yaki". Have you ever heard of kama-yaki? Kama is the neck of the fish.
Therefore, each fish can only have two slices from each side. Of course, the size will vary depending on the fish, and you will be able to enjoy the kama of the fish you purchase that day.
The "Aburi-Same Saba" is a must-try with sake or shochu. Lightly roasting the vinegared mackerel not only brings out its savory aroma, but also brings out its flavor. Please enjoy it with sake.
