Winter is the season when we want to eat something rich, but for some reason, during the height of winter, we want to eat something wholesome and gentle, don't we?
Such gentle soup stock is used in this "Seasonal Creation (Nabe) Course. It is a slightly Korean style dish called "Chicken nabe with tteokbokki and potatoes" using chicken broth. Of course, appetizers, salads, and sashimi are also available.
