Nut-scented autumn gelato

This is "Hazelnut Gelato. It is a gelato unique to this time of year, made by kneading crushed nuts into hazelnut paste. The aroma of the nuts is appetizing, and one bite provides a good sweetness and a unique texture. It is especially popular among women and children, so please try it for yourself.
 

The potatoes have a gentle sweetness that is very appealing.

This is "Sweet Potato Tart". It is made by placing a dusty sweet potato on top of a crispy tart. Not only can you enjoy the gentle sweetness of the potato, but the honey and custard also add charm to the flavor. Since it is made from potato, it might be a good idea to try it with sweet potato shochu.
