The main dish of the "Seasonal Creation (Nabe) Course" is a thick white hot pot filled with chicken meat. This is our signature nabe with a rich chicken broth. Zosui (rice porridge) is served as the essential finish to the nabe. This hot pot is a hearty dish with a great volume.
In addition to the main hot pot, we also offer assorted sashimi, fried dishes, and other dishes that will make your drinks go down a treat.
The detailed dishes of the entire course are as follows
Cheese Tsukune with Oyama chicken cartilage, char-grilled chicken skin and wakame stem with sesame ponzu sauce, fluffy tofu and crab satsuma-age
