Today's dish is a must for meat lovers! We are proud to introduce our hearty and satisfying meat dishes. In particular, our signature seared meat is superb! We have a full menu that goes well with alcoholic beverages.
 

Rare parts of specially selected beef served seared and grilled

This is our special seared menu item, "Special Beef Misuji Steak - Grated Onion and Apple Sauce". The meat is located on the inside of the shoulder blade, and is a rare part of the beef, of which only 2-3 kg can be obtained from one cow. The outside of the meat is moderately seared and the inside is moist. The beautiful pink color of the meat is due to the exquisite cooking. The very tender meat is perfectly matched with the grated onion and apple sauce, stimulating your appetite. Try it with a glass of red wine.

Rakuzo's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter is a must for meat lovers. The three types of meat are all very satisfying: wakadori (young chicken) with just the right amount of elasticity, special pork with plenty of juices, and chu-ochi ribs that are overflowing with umami flavor. The savory and savory flavors of the meat can be experienced only when it is seared. The surface of the meat is grilled to a golden brown to lock in the umami. This dish is a perfect accompaniment to beer, sake, or highballs.
