炙り焼きでいただく特選牛の希少部位

こちらは当店こだわりの炙り焼きメニュー「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ　～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」。肩甲骨の内側にあるお肉で、牛1頭から2～3キロしか取れない希少部位を使用しています。お肉の外側をほどよく炙り、中はしっとり。美しいピンク色をしているのは絶妙な焼き加減で調理をしているから。とっても柔らかなお肉に、おろし玉葱とリンゴのソースが絶妙にマッチして、食欲を刺激されます。赤ワインと相性抜群なのでぜひお試しください。
