Watermelons, fireworks, and wind chimes are often associated with summer, but for beer lovers, beer and yakitori are another summer tradition. Beer tastes the best in the hot summer, and it tastes even better with yakitori. It is even better when paired with yakitori.
Our restaurant offers yakitori made from "Daisen-dori", a locally raised chicken from Tottori Prefecture. Our artisans have created an exquisite skewer by searing the chicken, and your beer will go down a storm. Today, we would like to introduce our specialty yakitori.
 

The savory flavor is the best!

We are particular about the meat we use for our yakitori, and offer yakitori made with "Daisen-dori," a brand-name local chicken from Tottori Prefecture. Raised at the foot of Daisen, where nature abounds, Daisen chicken is thick, resilient, and full of flavor. The chicken is grilled to a delicious flavor that will make your beer go down a gulp.

We offer a wide variety of skewers of Oyama chicken, which can be ordered from a single skewer. We have a wide variety of skewers, including the popular standard skewers such as the thigh skewer and the negima skewer, as well as skewers popular among chicken lovers, such as the hatsu skewer and the bonjiri skewer. If you have a hard time deciding which one to order, we also have an assortment menu, so please try that as well.
