Carefully grilled to preserve the flavor, the skewers are made from Daisen Dori, a brand-name chicken raised at the foot of Mt. Daisen, where clean air and water are abundant. The plump and fragrant chicken meat is tender and juicy without a chicken smell.
The crispy fried Tatsuta deep-fried chicken is made from young chicken, which is characterized by its tender meat. One bite is an addictive taste of deliciousness.
 

For a meal or as a final dish

After drinking alcohol, many people may feel the need to finish off the meal. In such cases, our garlic rice is the perfect choice. It is filled with meat from the charred skin of the young chicken, and is very satisfying. The appetizing aroma of garlic is also irresistible.
