The 9-course menu includes such delicacies from the sea as "Boiled Hokkai Zuwai Crab" and "Hiroshima Oyster and Shrimp Tempura," as well as a mouth-watering "Japanese Black Beef Steak. Enjoy the main dish of the 10-course menu, "thick Hakucho-Nabe", until the Zosui (rice porridge) to finish off the meal. It can be changed to ramen noodles, so please inquire at the time of reservation.
