Hello, I am the PR manager for RAKUZO Sendai Aobadori.
There are many ingredients, both mountain and sea, that are in season from winter to spring. Our restaurant offers dishes using seasonal ingredients as "Seasonal Recommendations" for a limited time only. In this issue, we would like to introduce our recommended menu using seasonal ingredients.2We are pleased to introduce you to two new items. If you haven't tried them yet, please take this opportunity to order them.
From Seasonal Ingredients of the Mountains, we would like to introduce a menu of Japanese parsley. Seri is one of the seven spring herbs and is a vegetable with a delicious and uniquely refreshing aroma. We have prepared "Rakuraku-no-Seri Nabe" using rooted celeri so that you can fully enjoy its texture and flavor. Celery is a vegetable that generally goes well with meat and becomes even more delicious when it absorbs a lot of the meat's flavor.
Rakuzo's Seri Nabe" includes a variety of chicken meat such as tsukune, momo (thigh), mune (breast), and mune (breast).3The two parts can be enjoyed together as an ingredient in a hot pot. Enjoy the delicious celeri that has absorbed the flavor of the chicken.
We have prepared a menu of oysters as a seasonal ingredient of the sea. The "Oyster Yanagawa Style" is an exquisite dish that uses oysters grown in season and full of plumpness. The oysters are filled with the flavor of the sea. It is softly covered with an egg, making it perfect for a cold day. It is served hot, so please be careful not to burn yourself.
