Hello, I am the PR manager for RAKUZO Sendai Aobadori.

 

One of the restaurant's attractions is its seared dishes, which are grilled by artisans who adjust the flame to perfection. The appetizing char and the savory smell are the magic spices that make our dishes delicious. At our restaurant, we use this searing technique to prepare meat and seafood.

Daisen-dori chicken, raised on the bounty of nature in Daisen, is known for its meat quality. Our chefs seared this Daisen-dori chicken in "Daisen-dori chicken tenderloin grilled on a large skewer with salt and wasabi".

In pursuit of the simple-is-best taste, we grilled it with a sprinkle of salt. Enjoy the savory flavor of the skin and the melt-in-your-mouth meat. The wasabi (Japanese horseradish) that accompanies the dish also adds an accent to the dish. We also offer many other menu items such as "Seared Beef Tongue".

Lightly searing fresh fish quickly transforms it into a feast of concentrated flavor and sweetness. Seared fatty mackerel with a hint of vinegar is a must-try dish. Enjoy the fragrance of the mackerel, which is covered with the aroma of charcoal from the searing process.

We also made full use of the unique seared technique for our standard "hokke dried overnight". It is an excellent dish that goes well with sake. Please enjoy an enjoyable evening with your drinking buddies.
