特製の醤油ベースのタレを、ご飯がくずれないように注意しながら何度も重ねづけをし、時間をかけてこんがりと焼き上げます。口に入れると香ばしいにおいがふわっと広がりますよ。おこげのようにこんがりとなった食感もお楽しみください。
