Our shochu is characterized by the fact that we offer any type of base, and we have a wide variety of shochu from the standard types such as sweet potato, barley, and rice to brown sugar and Okinawan awamori. We are sure you will find something to suit your taste and mood!

Among them, we recommend "Mitake," which is also known as a fantastic shochu liqueur. The pure water of Yakushima Island, which is recognized as a World Heritage site, is used as the brewing water, and the annual production quantity of this shochu is small, making it difficult to obtain. There are many restaurants in Sendai, but it is a bit rare to be able to drink "Mitake" at any time.

Of course you can drink shochu as it is, but for those who want to enjoy it more lightly, we recommend the option of an extra carbonated drink. We also offer "Kin Kuro Tansan," which is made by adding soda to the sweet potato shochu "Kin Kuro," and "Mugi Sole," which is made by adding soda and lemon to the barley shochu "Ichibanfuda.
