In fact, it is one of our menu items that is filled with many of our specialties. For example, we use Oyama chicken, and we grill each piece of chicken in the restaurant.

Fresh Daisen chicken is used, rich in flavor and perfect for kushiyaki! 

We use "Daisen Dori" for our skewers. The "Daisen Dori" is raised in a stress-free environment with abundant nature. The juiciness of the meat and its rich flavor are very attractive.
