鰹の水揚げが盛んな焼津港より揚がった新鮮な鰹を、たたきで楽しめる一皿。秋のカツオは戻り鰹と言われ、濃厚でコクのある味わいが魅力となっております。

炭火で炙り香ばしさをまとった鰹は格別の美味しさ。たっぷりの薬味とご一緒に、旬の鰹の旨みをお楽しみください。

こちらに使われる春雨は、さつまいもの澱粉から作られたタンミョンを使用しております。そのため、少し太め麺はつるつるとした食感にモチモチ感もあります。
