旬を迎えた食材と身体温まる鍋料理が味わえるのがこちらのコースです。

前菜から始まり、サラダ、お凌ぎ、お造りと続きます。そして海鮮ものは「白身魚と帆立の衣揚げ　蟹とほうれん草あんかけ」です。この季節に食べたくなる蟹の風味がたまりません。

そしてメインは「熟成・発酵された調味料で作る本格豚キムチ鍋」。辛さ際立つ味で、身体がポカポカになるでしょう。スープがしっかりと染み込んだ豚肉もまた美味。
