当店の串焼きメニューの代表格焼き鳥では、国産ブランド品種である「大山どり」を使用しております。大山どりは山陰地方で生育される地鶏で、ドリップが少なく脂の乗った肉質を誇る品種です。

そんな大山どりの身のなかでも食感に優れたのが、定番のもも串です。プリプリとしたその身は、歯ごたえ抜群！噛めば溢れ出すジューシーな肉汁がたまりません。

脂感がクセになる　「大山どり　鶏皮串」

脂の乗り切った皮が楽しめる「鶏皮串」です。

お皿に置いた状態でも滴り落ちる脂。口に入れれば、口中がオイリーになるでしょう。でも、食べやすく飽きの来ない味。クセになること間違いなしの一品です。
