「白もつ鍋」はもつが新鮮なので、くさみも全くなく味わい深いお鍋です。和風テイストで、あっさりとしたスープの中に、コクが詰まっていてやみつきになるでしょう。ニンニクがたっぷりと入っていますが、おどろくほどさっぱりとした味わい。大勢でお召し上がりになる際にもおすすめです。

「台湾もつ鍋」は醤油ベースのスープに、台湾ミンチをたっぷりと入れたお鍋になります。辛さの奥には、旨みがしっかり詰まっているのが魅力的な味わい。鷹の爪が全体に刺激的な辛さをだしています。旨みが染みだしたスープは、やみつきになるほどの美味しさです。

ゆったりとくつろげるお部屋
