はじめにご紹介するのは、居酒屋定番メニューの一つ「ホッケの一夜干し」です。皆さんの中にも居酒屋でメニューにホッケを見つけると注文される方もいるのではないでしょうか。ふっくらと焼けたホッケは、香ばしくくせのない味わいなのでお召し上がりいただきやすく、お酒のお供にぴったりですよ。
