まずおすすめしたいのが、素材の旨みを引き出した魚の炙り料理です。上記は一部になりますが、「イカの甘辛炙り」と「鰹ハラス一夜干しの竹炭焼き」になります。どちらも素材の美味しさが引き立つようにほどよい火入れで仕上げました。香ばしい香りに、食欲がそそられる方は少なくないはず。お仕事終わりの一杯のお供にぜひお召し上がりください。
