This is the Izakaya classic Dashimaki Tamago. Who doesn't love dashimaki tamago? Some of you may find that your chopsticks naturally stretch out when they are in front of you. At our restaurant, we recommend our "Dashi-scented Kochi Dashimaki Tamago" for those who want to take a breather. Please enjoy the aroma of the gentle dashi broth as you eat it.

We also offer "Sukiyaki Dashimaki Sandwich" as an arranged Dashimaki Tamago. This one is recommended as it is sandwiched with meat and is very satisfying.
