Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Shibuya Ekimae Store.

Our restaurant offers private rooms for small groups and private rooms for banquets to accommodate the number of guests. Please enjoy our delicious cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. In this issue, we would like to introduce two items from our menu that we are proud of, focusing on "fried food dishes. Please take a look.

Hoku hoku yam!

The first item introduced here is "Deep-fried hokuhoku yam". This dish mainly uses yam, which is famous as a delicacy from the mountains, and is deep-fried without batter.
